Hank yarn

hank Yarn is a process of making or converting fiber materials into yarns. Since few centuries ago, hank yarn have been known as a process of converting raw materials(fiber) such as cotton and wool into yarns for making textile fabric or products. There are two classes of hank yarn process have been developed by people, Hand hank yarn and Machine hank yarn. In Textile Industry, the size of hank yarns is determined by unit of Tex, Count, Worsted, Woolen, and Denier.

In simple words, hank yarn is a process in which we convert fibers by passing through certain processes like Blow room, Carding, Drawing, Combing, Simplex, Ring Frame and finally winding into yarns.
